comunicación-pareja-malagaLOS ERRORES MÁS FRECUENTES COMETIDOS EN LA COMUNICACIÓN QUE DIFICULTAN UN BUEN ENTENDIMIENTO Y UNA CORRECTA NEGOCIACIÓN:

–      Utilización excesiva de referencias al pasado o a un futuro hipotético.

–      Hablar sobre un asunto que no muestra una clara conexión con el objetivo inmediato de la discusión.

–      No utilizar suficientemente el lenguaje positivo, omitiendo alabanzas o cosas agradables del comportamiento del otro o sobre lo que el otro dice.

–      Hablar en exceso con una latencia muy rápida e interrumpiendo al otro en sus explicaciones.

–      Esforzarse en explicar, clarificar un detalle irrelevante, tangencial o sin importancia.

–      Responder a una pregunta realizada por el otro hablando durante un tiempo considerablemente extenso.

–      Utilizar palabras complicadas, difíciles o raras.

–      Realizar afirmaciones radicales o dogmáticas. Afirmaciones de “blanco o negro”.

–      Generalizar en exceso, refiriéndose a conductas o hechos que ocurren de vez en cuando como si sucediesen continuamente.

–      Evitar ciertos temas en la conversación.

–      Insistencia en un tema o asunto.

–      Falta de especificidad, al utilizar un lenguaje inconcreto, tendiendo el mensaje a ser general y abstracto.

–      Hablar con un tono muy bajo.

–      Exceso de conducta emocional durante el habla.

–      No admitir ni reconocer ninguna afirmación del otro aunque sea parcialmente.

–      Responder a una queja con otra queja con él, en lugar de admitir o aclarar un asunto.

–      Responder de malos modos, de forma cortante, al otro al iniciar una conversación sobre un asunto que no nos gusta.

–      Dirigir al otro una expresión ofensiva (insulto).

–      Suponer que uno sabe lo que el otro está sintiendo o pensando y quiero decirnos.

–      Repetir excesivamente información ya dada o conocida.

–      Negarse a reconocer la parte de responsabilidad que a cado uno le corresponde en un conflicto.

–      Descripción de los problemas en términos no operativos, que no ofrecen conductas concretas a las que se pueden aplicar estrategias para cambiar.
